A Prayer for Humility...

Father,

Because you are Ultimate Good and because it is ultimately good for me, please take from my heart every form of pride.

Show me where it hides and root it out.

Stir deep within me a hunger for that which I desire most; to be like your Son, Jesus.

Teach me today how to live in humility.

Amen.
